How long does it take to make my order?
All items are made-to-order to ensure the best quality. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the item and season.
Can I change or cancel my order?
NO. All orders are final. Because every item is custom-made the moment it's ordered, we cannot make changes, edits, or cancellations once the order is submitted. PLEASE double check your size, color, and shipping address before checkout.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
How long is shipping?
Shipping usually takes 5–10 business days within the U.S.
(Shipping times may vary during holidays or high-volume seasons.)
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Tracking information is automatically emailed once your item ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Right now, Iron & Ivy Co. ships orders directly to your doorstep—no pickup needed.
🧵 Product Questions
How do your items fit?
Each product listing includes a specific sizing chart based on the blank (Gildan, Comfort Colors, Bella + Canvas, etc.).
Most tops are unisex fit unless stated otherwise.
Do shirts or crewnecks shrink?
Because most items are cotton or cotton-blend, minimal shrinkage may occur. Comfort Colors and Gildan crewnecks shrink very little.
Will the designs crack or peel?
No! Prints are professionally produced using DTG or DTF printing for long-lasting quality.
🎨 Custom Orders
Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely! For custom designs, names, numbers, or special requests, send a message through the Contact page or DM the shop on social media.
💳 Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Because items are made-to-order, we only accept returns for:
Incorrect items
Damaged/defective items
Printing mistakes
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We do not accept size exchanges because each item is created just for you.
